Our Church
God has a vision of shalom for us and for our communities
In the Bible shalom means not only peace but also healing, restoration, wholeness, salvation and completion.
Join us and experience the love and peace of God’s community!
Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness; come into his presence with singing.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he that made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him, bless his name.
For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.
Psalm 100:1
Vision of Shalom through Worship and Contemplation
- We believe that lifting God in our corporate worship restores our relationship with God, brings wholeness to our souls and strengthens relationships with one another in Christ.
- We believe that being in the presence of God in private worship brings shalom to our souls and strengthens intimacy with God.
Growth and Discipleship
- We believe that genuine disciples desire for transformative shalom to grow in the knowledge of Jesus.
- We believe that authentic growth and discipleship must be carried out in community through being connected to the universal church, the denomination, the local church and small groups.
Serve and Outreach
- We believe that the church is God’s instrument of compassion and justice to the poor and weak.
- We believe that the church cares and nurtures one another, as children, as parents, as elders and as physically and mentally challenged.
Fellowship
- We believe that the sign of God’s presence in our lives is the love we have for one another when we worship, learn, grow and serve.
- We believe that our love for God and for one another extends to the lost, who do not know the love and grace of Christ.
